You’re a meticulous and highly organised individual with an eye for detail who thrives on creating seamless schedules for senior colleagues.

You’ll have the chance to ensure the Head of Centre for our brand-new Rustington site, receives all the support they need to deliver a high-quality service to our clients, members and stakeholders.

Your Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Centre and Leadership Team at our brand-new site in Rustington.

Providing excellent scheduling support, you will organise meetings, arrange times and travel, book venues and oversee the production and distribution of agendas and documents.

Acting as a first point of contact for the Leadership Team, you will manage all correspondence, draft responses and escalate enquiries or complaints as necessary.

Delivering effective administrative support, you will process financial accounts for the Head of Centre, monitor and record team mandatory training and complete any focused project work.

About You

You will have worked as PA or have equivalent experience with an administrative qualification.

You will be digitally savvy and able to use the Microsoft packages with ease.

As the first point of contact at the centre you will personable, professional and an excellent communicator.

You will need the ability to handle sensitive information discretely and confidentially.

Organisation is very key to this role and you will be able to juggle multiple priorities.

The Benefits

– Salary of £30,900 per annum
– 28 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Please note, this is a full-time, permanent role, working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
