This cutting-edge concept blends boxing-inspired workouts with functional fitness, delivering a dynamic, time-efficient, and results-driven exercise program.
Powered by virtual coaching screens, the 12-round, jump-in rolling circuit delivers best-in-class programming, making every workout feel like a headliner. With a new round starting every 3 minutes, members can really can show up whenever they want. Just 36 minutes of a BOX12 workout will see members working at around 80-90% of their physical capacity, helping to get in an effective workout even when pushed for time.
BOX12 is designed to provide a structured yet flexible fitness solution, combining state-of-the-art technology with expert coaching in a self-led, high-intensity format. The workouts cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, allowing participants to train at their own pace while being guided by an interactive system that ensures correct form, technique, and progression.
