Cobseo is proud to be a partner of Contact, a group of military charities and other entities working with the NHS and the MOD to simplify the way the military community can find support with their mental health and wellbeing. Contact has recently relaunched their website www.contactarmedforces.co.uk making online help seeking easier for those in need.

The relaunched Contact www.contactarmedforces.co.uk website has been designed to create a space where those seeking assistance are able to quickly access, easily navigate, and simply find the support they need. Through this simplified process we hope to have more members of the Armed Forces community come forward and seek out the help they need.

The partners involved in Contact include Help for Heroes, Combat Stress, Walking with the Wounded, Big White Wall, The Royal British Legion, Cobseo, King’s College London, the Ministry of Defence, NHS England, Veterans NHS Wales, Veterans First Point and The Royal College of Psychiatrists.
