Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience) per annum pro rata
Benefits Package: 30 days leave pro rata plus up to 6% matched pension contribution following successful completion of the six months’ probation period
Location: DMWS HQ, The Old Stables, Redenham Park, Nr Andover, Hants SP11 9AQ
Contract: Part Time Fixed Term 1 Year (3 days per week, days to be agreed)
DMWS is an international charity that has been providing welfare support to the Armed Forces Community for over 70 years and has recently diversified to extend our service across other uniformed services. We are currently recruiting for a part time Head of HR for a one year fixed term contract.
Ideally you will have work as an HR generalist, with technical experience of disciplinary and grievance process, terms and conditions of employment and policy/process writing, with a can do approach–if this is you; we want to hear from you.
