Entrain Space is dedicated to securing a better transition to civilian life for service leavers and veterans and operates 44 purpose-built flats, café and support hub in Wilton, near Salisbury, Wiltshire.
We are looking for a motivated part-time Operations Manager (that could lead to full time) to work on site. Responsibilities include managing a small operational team to deliver a programme of support for resident veterans, networking and outreach, overseeing our buildings maintenance programme, and active involvement in our media and communications plan. The role will also involve helping us expand provision and increase our fundraising capacity.
We are extremely open minded about the background and experience of any candidate and are open to ideas of how this role might evolve.
Salary and bonus depended on background and experience.
