It was good to see many of you at the recent Cluster meeting. Please do forward details of those of your team who would like access to this discussion group so that, in addition to yourselves, homes managers can share concerns and best practice about CQC inspections and the like.

Huge congratulations to Laura and the RBL. They have received an Outstanding grading from the CQC for Galanos House, Southam (outstanding in effective, caring and responsive; and good in safe and well-led). Hopefully the first of many in the Cluster! Great news!
Just the excuse for more chatter and exchange of ideas between home managers.
