Meet our Finalists for the Soldiering On Awards “Education, Training and Development” Award

With only one week to go until the Big Night, we’re delighted to introduce you to our final group of Finalists. Generously sponsored by Capita, the Education, Training and Development Award does what it says on the tin! It recognises excellence in the provision of education, training and skills development in support of vocational or employment transition.

This year’s Finalists are:

Alice Driver – Alice’s performing arts and theatre projects help ex-military personnel tell their stories and challenge perceptions.
Deptherapy & Deptherapy Education – creators of adaptive training courses to allow Veterans with life changing mental and physical injuries to enjoy deep sea diving.
Forces Media Academy – providing former members of the Armed Forces with the training, work placements and qualifications needed to forge careers in the media.
The Lloyds Military Network – enabling serving personnel and Veterans who wish to work in the insurance industry to reach their full potential.
Walking With The Wounded – changing the lives of those who are unemployed or at risk of losing their jobs, in its work with the Essex Veterans Mental Health Team.
