Are you a qualified teacher looking for part-time work?
The Royal Artillery Centre for Personal Development (RACPD) is a first-class work-based training company. We are looking for an experienced teacher with expertise in the schools sector.
You will be required to:
- Deliver accredited courses in Teaching Support
- Design and use appropriate assessment activities, providing developmental feedback to learners
- Make use of the VLE (Moodle) to support delivery across the Teaching Support programme area
- Assist in the design, development and operation of Teaching Support courses
You will need:
- A recognised teaching qualification – PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS , or equivalent
- To demonstrate excellent teaching experience with an in-depth working knowledge of the schools sector
- Experience of working with children and young people in an educational setting
- Experience of working with traditional and blended methods of delivery
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong IT skills
Please note, this post is sessional and not on a permanent or fractional contract. There may be the requirement to occasionally travel to locations across the UK.
