RAFAKidz has been shortlisted for two accolades at national childcare awards that celebrate the achievements of those working in the childcare sector.
RAFAKidz, a subsidiary of the RAF Association, has been shortlisted for the Nursery Group of the Year award at the prestigious Nursery World Awards.
Nicky Hall, Director of Operations at RAFAKidz, said:
“Being shortlisted for not one, but two awards is a huge achievement for the whole RAFAKidz family. It’s due to the commitment and hard work of our nursery teams and support staff that we’re able to provide excellent childcare to our military and civilian families. It’s wonderful that RAFAKidz’s dedication and passion towards our military families experiencing excellent care and education is recognised and the teams fully deserve it.”
RAFAKidz manages 15 nurseries across the country, designed to meet the needs of military and civilian families in the community on and around RAF stations, providing affordable and quality childcare.
There’s even more reason to celebrate as RAFAKidz Cranwell has been shortlisted for the Nursery of the Year accolade at the awards.
Katie Parkin, Senior Manager at RAFAKidz Cranwell, said:
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be in the running for the Nursery of the Year award. It’s testament to the hard work and dedication of the whole team here at RAFAKidz Cranwell. We do what we do because we love it, but being recognised in this way is the icing on the cake.”
RAFAKidz will find out if they have won their awards at a ceremony at The Brewery in London on 21 September.
