Job description

As an Advice and Information Officer, you will be primarily involved in running the Legion’s Pop-In Centre on Borough High Street, working with a team of committed volunteers to provide advice and information about all aspects of the Legion’s work. In addition, you will be expected to deliver Outreach sessions in other locations across London and contribute to the Legion’s online Knowledge-Base, which aims to be the database-of-choice for the Armed Forces Community.

Accustomed to providing advice and information support to customers, you’ll have an understanding of statutory welfare provision, in particular, benefit applications.
