Your background may be commercial, not-for profit or the Armed Forces; regardless of where you have come from you will be a proven expert in mass events with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
You will have significant experience of the events sector, current and future trends in the market place, and the marketing activity required to achieve recruitment and income targets.
We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Department who will lead, manage, develop and support their teams to be the best in the sector. The Royal British Legion has an ambitious strategy for its mass events programme, and is prepared to invest appropriately to achieve this ambition.
This role is home based however regular travel to London will be required.
