The post of Head of Nursing & Domiciliary Support and Registered Manager is responsible for our integrated registered services comprising of a 69 bed Care Home and Domiciliary Care Service. You will lead a team of committed staff to deliver the best possible service. We are very proud to have been rated “Outstanding” by CQC and have Platinum status for the National Gold Standard Framework and are now looking forward to a year of building on our reputation and investing in our teams to maintain our standards and continue to be innovative and forward thinking.
This is a unique opportunity to work within our community supporting 300 older veterans of the British Army. The post holder will work in an integrated multi-disciplinary team including our fulltime GP, podiatrist, therapy, and activity teams. We have over 70 active volunteers led by our Volunteer & Activities Manager. We believe in living well and have an enviable active community within a unique setting in the heart of Chelsea.

We have a strong governance framework and this post holder is supported by a Quality Assurance & Clinical Compliance Officer in order that we maintain our highest clinical and service standards.
