We are looking for proactive Security and Safety Supervisors to join the Estates and Facilities department. We would ideally be looking for someone who has experience working in a military or emergency services related role.
As this post involves dealing with general enquires from the Public, Pensioners, Staff and Residents on security and safety matters you will need strong interpersonal skills and a good customer service ethos.
You will also be assisting in the delivery of H&S and Fire safety training along with carrying out safety and security audits, so experience in delivering training or experience as an Instructor in some form of capacity would be ideal.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible for the management and maintenance of the site entrances and Gate Houses who will report directly to the Senior Estates, facilities Manger but will also liaise directly with the contracted site security manager for security related issues.
