37.5 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Casework Manager in the North West England Region at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.

About the role

Working as part Regional Team, and with the support of the Regional Operational Support Manager, this exciting role will be to oversee delivery of the casework service across the North West, by acting in conjunction with SSAFA colleagues, and in support of Branch Chairmen and volunteers in order to ensure a consistent, timely, quality service is provided to SSAFA beneficiaries.

Requirements

To carry out this role successfully you will be a team player with the ability to build and sustain relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent IT and monitoring and reporting skills and experience of managing employees and of working with and engaging volunteers. You will also have experience of delivering support services to clients and a commitment to SSAFA’s values.

You must be willing to travel occasionally to SSAFA branches within the region. An understanding of the way of life for todays Armed Forces, veterans and their families would be an advantage but is not essential.
