Location: Fulham (includes travel within the M25 area)
Contract : Permanent
Salary: £24.170 per annum
Hours of work: full-time
We are seeking an experienced person to carry out this role, who will be responsible for the support and wellbeing of Veterans, including those in transition from the armed services. You will assist them to enjoy independence, choice, and quality of life. You will work in a team, carrying out needs & risk assessments and providing appropriate support, identified through person-centred support planning to help our Veterans achieve their goals and aspirations. You will have experience of delivering housing related support services aimed at vulnerable people and their dependants.
The role is based in Fulham, London, but will involve travel within the M25 area.
