Veterans in Communities – VALOUR Pathways Coordinator

Are you passionate about supporting veterans, Armed Forces families and the wider Armed Forces community?

Veterans in Communities are recruiting a VALOUR Pathways Coordinator to support delivery of the VALOUR North West programme.

This role will provide person-centred support to veterans and their families, ensuring they can access the right services at the right time.

Working as part of a coordinated regional network, you will deliver support through a structured Pathways Coordination approach, including triage, assessment, case management and referral. You will play a key role in ensuring individuals receive consistent, joined-up support in line with the VALOUR “No Wrong Front Door” model.

Location: Lancashire (with remote and outreach working across Lancashire and Cumbria as required)

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £26,399.72

Contract: Fixed-term to June 2029
