Vitax renews funding partnership with ABF The Soldiers’ Charity

ABF The Soldiers’ Charity is thrilled that Vitax, the horticultural supplies company based near Leicester, recently renewed its partnership with us by donating £10,000 to our work supporting the Army family.

Vitax has been a partner to our charity since 2017, and this latest donation will add to the £26,000 raised previously.

Our charity uses these funds to support our beneficiaries, including grant awards to charities promoting mental health and wellbeing for veterans through horticultural therapy and the green environment.

Paul Gooding, Chairman of Vitax, said:

“Vitax has a natural alignment with ABF The Soldiers’ Charity as many beneficiaries have taken up gardening to improve their health and wellbeing or pursued a career in horticulture. We’re thrilled to be able to support the charity once again in its life-changing work.”

Stuart Wiles, Regional Director East Midlands, ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, said:

“It’s fantastic to renew our partnership with Vitax, which has been an invaluable advocate of our charity for several years.

“We rely on partnerships like this one to fund complex treatments for some of our Army family in times of need, especially with the current cost of living crisis and its ongoing impact.”
