Do you have what it takes to be part of the Walking With The Wounded team? We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our small but dedicated team in Stody, Norfolk; empowering ex-service personnel to regain their independence, thrive and contribute in our communities
WWTW supports disadvantaged veterans who have served in the Armed Forces and their families. We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our senior management team and our programmes. You will provide administrative support to the CEO and members of the senior management team, assisting with diary management, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, or have held a similar role, supporting a senior management team. You should have exceptional knowledge of using Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. You should be naturally calm under pressure, flexible and agile in terms of your own diary management and comfortable with dealing with confidential information.

With Covid-19 WWTW has adopted some temporary home working arrangement, but this post will be expected to be fully office based once safe to do so.
