Do you have what it takes to be part of the Walking With The Wounded team?

Walking With The Wounded ‘WWTW’ deliver employment, mental health, care coordination and volunteering programmes in collaboration with the NHS to get those who served, and their families, whether mentally, socially or physically wounded, back on their feet and making a positive contribution once more. Why? Because those who served, deserve.

We have an opportunity for an experienced relationship manager to join our dedicated team in the East of England covering the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and London.

We’re looking for someone who has the skills and passion to make their mark on the region; driving high level relationships with companies, charities, local government, and other key stakeholders to secure commissioned funds, raise awareness and develop pathways for improved operational delivery. This role is primarily externally focused; you must have a passion for representing WWTW & our service users in the region. Using your influencing and relationship management skills to make progress within your network. You will also manage the frontline staff across the East region and a small team in London, both made up of Employment Advisors and Care Coordinators.

If you’re someone who has a network in the region and thrives on the development of key stakeholder relationships, we would be keen to hear from you. Experience of having served or working with veterans is not a prerequisite, but an understanding of veteran issues will be crucial to fostering relevant relationships. There is a strong culture at WWTW; a solution focused, supportive, can-do attitude – it is essential to us that this ethos is maintained within all the regions.

In return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, inclusive & friendly environment. In this role no two days are the same and every day will bring new challenges for you to get stuck into.

Given the size of the region, we are open to a home-based working arrangement from anywhere in the region.  We have an office in North Norfolk should you be keen to use that as a base or for a hybrid working pattern.

For an informal discussion please contact Amy Franklin on 07717 316 153.
