We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Relationship Manager to support the successful delivery and growth of Walking With The Wounded’s income across its major income streams of Corporate Relationships (c. 70% of role), and Trusts and Foundations (c.30%). Walking With The Wounded has plethora of innovative and exciting programmes for you to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into. We are an ambitious charity with ambitious goals. If your attitude matches this, you will find a perfect home within our team of energetic fundraisers.

This is a dynamic role that will include a wide-range of responsibilities. The Junior Relationship Manager is responsible for focusing on research, pipeline development, and relationship management to support the team to grow income streams. With such an array of opportunities, high attention to detail, the ability to multitask and exceptional organisation are all essential skills for this role. The Junior Relationship Manager will report directly to the Senior Relationship Manager for all day-to-day activities, and will be part of the Fundraising Team which is led by the Director of Income. This role will also work closely alongside the Relationship Manager and our Comms team to support each stage of content, collateral and marketing planning; especially in the area of Corporate events.

In return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and career as Junior Relationship Manager in a supportive, inclusive environment. In this role no two days are the same and every day will bring new challenges for you to get stuck into.
