To celebrate Armed Forces Day, the Wellington Vets, Hereford Pegasus Firsts and Hereford Pegasus Ladies will represent the County in fixtures versus the Army Reserve’s Men, Women and Masters sides on Saturday 24 June at the SSAFA County Ground, Hereford.
The first fixture kicks off at 10.30am and the day will run through until 6pm. In addition to football, there will be a range of activities for all the family, including a bouncy castle, food stalls, ice-cream and a shooting range. Entry is free, with an optional donation to SSAFA Herefordshire.
Kevin Ebsworth, SSAFA Herefordshire Treasurer said:
“This will be a great day out for all of the family and, a great showcase for SSAFA, HFA, and all the other military groups taking part in this rather special Armed Forces Day event.”
