The Learning and Development Advisor (LDA) on the base would like to invite service personnel and their spouses/partners to book a Learning and Development interview (LDI).
An LDI is a chance for a 1-2-1 interview to sit down and discuss your goals and aspirations to plan your Learning and Development pathway. It’s not about what’s happened in the past but what you want to achieve in the future whilst in service and beyond.
