We are delighted to welcome Simon Watson, ex-RAF Wing Commander, as he discusses establishing your own business and the best ways of going about it. Simon will share some words of wisdom as someone who recently established two of his own cleaning businesses.
On leaving the services in September 2015, Simon initially worked as a management consultant and then as an Interim Manager with a cleaning firm carrying out domestic and commercial cleaning. Having come to the conclusion that the only thing he could do was to become self-employed and set up his own business, he established ET Cleaning Services and later purchased Swift Cleaners.
