Across Alabaré we require relief staff to cover staff leave and sickness as well as any increase in hours for our clients. The work is to support clients on their journey into independent living. No personal care involved.
As a relief worker, you can choose to work for one service or be a relief member of staff across a number of services including Homelessness, Young People, and Learning Disabilities. We have services across Wiltshire and Hampshire.
Being a relief worker means you have the flexibility to work when it is suitable for you on a zero hours contract or we can guarantee a 7.5 hours per week contract, with the ability to work additional hours should you choose. We also have sleep in’s available at the competitive rate of £70 per night and pay double time on all Bank Holidays.
Hourly rate £10.20 rising to £10.60 after a successful probation period
