Are you looking for a rewarding role within a fast-paced environment, the position of Rough Sleeper Recovery & Wellbeing worker has arisen during an exciting time as we open the doors to a new supported housing service in Trowbridge.
We are looking for that special person whose passion, energy and drive will help launch new housing pathways for those who have experienced rough sleeping.
You do not need prior work related experience; we are looking for the right personal qualities. We acknowledge there are many transferable skills, which could make you, stand out from the crowd.

This is a 3 year contract, based in Trowbridge. You will need to be flexible and able to work over a 7 days rota. The annual salary is £19,890 rising to £20,670 on completion of a successful probation period. Alabare offer a generous amount of annual leave, starting at 24 days per year + Bank Holidays All Bank Holidays are paid at double time.
