Centre Practice Development Nurse 

£37,367 per annum, 37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required

We are looking for a self-motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing the skills and knowledge of care staff to deliver and promote person centered care. If you are committed to delivering and maintaining high standards of practice, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

This role will be based at our Centre in Llandudno. You’ll give hands on coaching and support to our Care team’s education programmes to support both Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in delivering consistently high-quality clinical care, ensuring that clinical practice delivery is continually monitored, reviewed and updated in line with regulatory requirements and best practice. You’ll also monitor, review and develop our clinical policies and procedures and develop and implement systems to monitor and audit practice throughout the Charity.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and hard-working Registered Nurse who has excellent communication skills, with drive and enthusiasm for people. The successful candidate must demonstrate sound clinical knowledge, consistently high standards of nursing practice. The post-holder needs to be willing to deliver one to one and classroom-based learning and have the ability to inspire, encourage and develop others.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching in a nursing environment; writing policies, procedures and experience in conducting and recording clinical supervision.

This position is subject to enhanced disclosure and barring service checks.
