Do you have an excellent understanding of organisation governance and a proven record of developing strategic and operational plans?
As Head of Strategic Plans you’ll provide oversight and management of the Charity’s transformation, in line with the Strategic Plan and you’ll provide the lead for Governance, including development of our annual Management Plan and framework. You’ll also lead on performance and risk management and steer our Charity through a new assurance framework. Development of a risk based compliance programme and oversight of the Charity’s Information Management Plan are also key to this role.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of risk and performance methodology, compliance and audit, Data Protection and Information Management. You’ll have exceptional people skills, with a proven ability to lead, support, influence and motivate. Proactive and with a “can do” attitude, you’ll be focussed on outcomes and be able to give sound facilitation and guidance.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a degree or diploma in management or a business discipline (or equivalent experience) are essential.
