Main Purpose:
The post-holder will be an active individual in the business leadership team with a passion to bring results, energy, vision and strong business acumen. The role will
involve working with employees, and stakeholders to monitor and manage the smooth operations of the business.
They will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of any proposed solution, including people, processes and organisation, fit together in a consistent manner and satisfy the business requirements. Communication of the relevant issues and considerations to all internal, partner, supplier and client stakeholders.
Person profile:
The role would suit a self-motivated, and results driven individual to direct and manage the business activities to develop and implement effective strategies.
Working with minimal supervision, gathers project information and performs analysis which requires an understanding of the Building Heroes approach.
This is a challenging role and individuals will be expected to use their own initiative and be proactive, meet targets and adapt to the changing needs of the business as
required. Results will be obtained both directly and through the work of others through coaching , mentoring ,managing, directing and allocating work to others.
Location
This post-holder will work from home with regular travel around the UK to Territories and clients with occasional visits to Head Office in Crawley, West Sussex.
Key tasks and accountabilities:
• Work closely with CEO, to run day-to-day activities
• Develop National Franchise Territory coverage
• Onboard new Territory Owners
• Develop National and Regional new business links
• Responsible for strategic business, change and leadership for clients
• Identification, pursuit and closing of sales opportunities
• Monitor performance across the Territories
• Manage the smooth running of the business
