30 hrs per week
£20,586 per annum pro rata (£16,469)
CAIS aims to empower positive changes in the lives of people affected by addiction, adverse mental health, unemployment, offending and other life challenges, through a range of services and support delivered by skilled and experienced staff and volunteers.
Delivered by veterans for veterans, Change Step offers peer mentoring and help to access relevant services — including support with mental health, substance misuse, criminal justice and housing issues.
Within this role you will be the single point of contact for the project administration and will coordinate referrals as well as performance management data relating to the project.
You must have an NVQ or equivalent qualification in Administration and be proficient using Microsoft Office with experience using Access or an in house database system. You will have strong administrative skills, the ability to adhere to confidentiality and be able to work towards targets.
A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Welsh language is desirable although not essential.
