The National Army Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our galleries and innovative exhibitions and public programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

We are looking for people to join us as part of our journey as an inspiring, vibrant and successful world-class Museum.

£37,000pa (Plus Benefits)

(Full-Time, Permanent Appointment – London Based)

We are seeking to appoint a Membership and Patrons Manager, who will be responsible for maximising engagement and contribution through the Museum’s Individual Giving Programme for both existing members, and in attracting new members to meet a set of ambitious targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and dedicated team as the Museum seeks to increase its audience and supporter network, engaging them with the history and traditions of the Army and the Soldiers who have served in it.  The Membership and Patrons Manager will look for opportunities to increase the support of individuals giving both in the Museum and online.

Experience of managing fundraising activity for Membership or Patron Schemes, or Individual Giving is essential.

Flexible working arrangements are available.
