Senior Visitor Welcome and Retail Sales Assistant – £28,252pa(plus benefits)
(Full Time, Permanent Appointment – London based)
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Visitor Welcome Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team. This is a key role in actively ensuring that our visitors have a great day out by delivering world class, welcoming and engaging service at our welcome desk, family focused early years soft play space and within our retail space. You will also help drive sales and profit by using exceptional selling skills and help the Museum achieve its sales targets across a breadth of income generating activities.
In addition, as the Senior Visitor Welcome Retail Sales Assistant you will assist the Retail and Admissions Supervisor in managing and co-ordinating the day-to-day operations. Leading by example, you will support the team in the delivery of world class service and achieving income targets.
The successful candidate will be keen to develop their skills and confidently take on responsibility. We are looking for a candidate with retail experience, who is a team player, enjoys interacting with visitors, has a positive outlook and possesses an understanding of how to apply selling skills to drive sales and key performance indicators.
