RAFA Kidzone Nursery, RAF College Cranwell NG34 8HB
£9.25 per hour 40 hours per week worked between Monday – Friday
As the charity that supports the RAF family, we’re excited to be recruiting additional staff at RAFA Kidzone, RAF Cranwell. RAFA Kidz is a not-for-profit trading subsidiary of the RAF Association and is operated as a socially responsible business. This means RAFA Kidz can focus on providing the best possible service rather than on making commercial profit.
Due to maternity leave, we have a position available for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who holds a minimum Level 2 Early Years childcare qualification.
You will have a minimum of one years’ experience working in a childcare setting and have a thorough knowledge of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development. You will be a designated key worker with responsibilities for a group of children and have the ability to engage and communicate appropriately and positively with children, parents and others. A good understanding of GDPR legislation and an ability to translate this into daily activities and communications is essential for this role along with excellent verbal and written skills to develop meaningful relationships with the children, staff and parents
