Stoll is the lead provider of housing and support services in the Veterans sector. Founded in 1916, Stoll has provided a sanctuary to help Veterans rebuild their lives for nearly one hundred years.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic housing professional to work within our small, busy housing team, in the delivery of our customer-focussed supported housing, serving ex-service personnel and their dependents. The role will involve providing an effective and responsive housing management service with regard to Rent Arrears and income management to all Stoll properties
- Maintaining and monitoring rent arrears and former tenancy arrears, including referring cases for possession to Court and attending Court hearings.
- Carrying out Income Maximisation checks and financial statements with tenants where necessary.
- Attending sign ups with the Housing Officer (Tenancy Management) to complete Benefit forms, advise on Stoll’s rent procedure and collect any rent in advance.
- Assisting with the completion of Housing Benefit forms and liaising with the appropriate government departments in order to ensure claims are paid.
- To be responsible for ensuring agreed performance outcomes and objectives.
This role will be based at our Fulham Road estate but will require regular travel to our other housing sites.
