30 hours per week (days/hours negotiable)            

Salary: £34,400-£36,000 (pro-rated for hours) (Dependent on experience or qualifications)

Benefits: 25 days holiday rising to 30 days with service, additional 5 days granted for two week Christmas shut down, life assurance, pension contribution, holiday purchase scheme and free parking.

We are looking for a Finance Manager who produces timely and accurate work, whilst actively contributing to a culture of team working.

The Job: 

Reporting direct to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of finance including: day to day bookkeeping and expenses, monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgeting for both projects and the overall organisation, as well as preparing and delivering statutory accounts. You will also be responsible for the overseeing the monthly payroll.

The Person:

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or qualified by experience). You will be able to take a proactive and hands on approach; be motivated, able to show initiative and work independently.   As the Finance Manager you will be working with people at all levels of the organisation.  It is important that you have excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance people and are able to present financial information in a manner that can be understood by all recipients. A good working knowledge of Sage Accounting and Payroll is essential.
