As a House Leader you will lead a team of Care / Support staff who provide a personalised service which is tailored to meet the individual needs of the client, enabling adults with a learning disability to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Hours – 37.5 hours per week (full time) Monday – Friday with 1 evening per week and working 1 weekend in 5 on a rolling rota.
Hourly rate – £15.02 rising to £15.86 after probation.
Annual salary – £29,289.00 rising to £30,927.00 after probation.
