Alabare require dedicated Support Workers to work within the service called Riverside Sanctuary which opened in March 2020. We have a vacancy for 30 hours per week. Working pattern to be agreed.
The aim of Riverside Sanctuary is to provide a Mental Health community-based venue to deliver a high-quality person-centred service with a focus on pre-crisis and prevention of crisis, which always considers people’s safety, privacy and dignity. This service will initially be open between the hours of 9am until 11pm 7 days a week
We require someone with a listening ear and willing to see a task through to the end. We ask that you are empathetic, understanding and above all, have patience.
You will be contracted to work 30 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £9.65 per hour, rising to £9.89 per hour after successful probation period. Giving you an annual salary of £15,054.00 – £15,428.40. This role is based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
