The Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) is the Army’s national charity, supporting soldiers, veterans, and their immediate families, in times of need. The Charity operates a regional structure across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with its central office in London.
ABF is about to embark on an exciting journey to replace its current Fundraising CRM system, migrating to Salesforce by Apr 25 all functional fundraising workload to ensure that all supporter data resides on a centralised environment that acts as single source of truth. Furthermore, the charity will also be scoping the replacement of and then seeking to replace replacing its current Finance MIS from Apr 25. A primary consideration will be to ensure the full and seamless integration of both systems once operational.
As the Project Manager for both phases, you will plan, execute, monitor and lead the discovery, implementation, migration, on-boarding and training phases of Fundraising CRM; and, later, the Finance management information system (MIS). You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functional areas, understanding their current and future business processes and requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include defining project delivery roadmaps and financials, and hands-on management of both complex projects.
The starting salary is £52,000. After a probationary period of 6 months the successful candidate will benefit from the Charity’s full range of employment benefits including an income protection scheme and an employer contribution pension. There will also be opportunities to participate in key Charity events and activities with a TOIL scheme in place.
This is a Full Time post for 35 hours per week, on a two-year fixed term contract based at the Charity’s Office in London. (The Charity currently operates a minimum of 2 days in the office).
