Candidates will be expected to operate with local corporate entities, civic administrations, high net worth individuals, local trusts, and charitable organisations, as well as with the Army in the West Midlands region and its locally based Army and Army Cadet Force units.   The successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be well organised and have an easy yet confident manner, able to establish and maintain successful relationships both outside and within the Charity.
