BFBS – Account Manager – Training

We’re currently recruiting for an Account Manager (Training) to join our BFBS Academy in a key role, where you’ll lead on all aspects of the training journey from having initial client conversations to taking client briefs, working up an appropriate proposal to meet their development needs, help organise the training and successfully manage these ongoing client relationships.

This is an exciting role where you’re also get involved in the logistics of our commercial training courses and help organise our media training for crisis simulation, plan social media courses and work with the country’s armed forces.

Alongside your extensive account management or client facing experience, you will have exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You’ll also be able to successfully collaborate with other departments across BFBS, and externally with clients as overall client satisfaction and business retention is an important aspect.
