BFBS – Marketing Manager (BFBS Creative)


Are you a marketing pro looking for your next opportunity? Join our communications agency as our new Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for taking our agency’s presence in the thrilling world of Defence and Government to the next level. With recent growth we are looking to hire our first Marketing Manager solely dedicate to promoting our business.

You’ll have the freedom to unleash your creativity and shape our agency’s engagement and marketing strategy. You’ll work with our social media team to plan and produce content for our social channels and website. And you will work closely with the agency leadership team to establish new business opportunities across all parts of the agency.

Your success will be measured by a few factors from winning us new leads, primarily from the MOD and armed forces to establishing BFBS as a force in our sector and increasing our reach within the agency world. You’ll be given a lot of freedom in how you achieve this, but you’ll likely be engaging with potential customers, networking at events, and identifying marketing opportunities for our agency.
