We are currently seeking an Assistant to Estates Surveyor to join our team in the South East on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an Assistant to Estates Surveyor, you will provide a full and comprehensive administrative service to the Estates Surveyor.
Supporting the management of circa 67 properties, you will use the Re-Leased Property Management system to place orders, process invoices, make payments and keep records of repairs, maintenance and property inspection reports.
You will also act as the first point of contact for Beneficiaries and private tenants via telephone calls and emails, resolving or escalating queries as appropriate.
Additionally, you will:
– Code invoices and pass them to the Finance Team
– Liaise between building contractors and tenants in relation to planned and ongoing works
– Conduct research and compile information regarding contractors
– Liaise with letting agents to market vacant properties
About You
To be considered as an Assistant to Estates Surveyor, you will need:
– Administrative experience in an office environment
– Experience working with databases
– Knowledge of estate management and building terminology
