Fortunately, Blind Veterans are here to help rebuild their lives. But they can’t do it alone.
This is where you come in.
As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maximising and enhancing our relationships with the local community including fundraising, events, in house activities, trips and evening entertainment.
You’ll lead a small team to coordinate a stimulating and engaging programme with a dual purpose of community engagement & fundraising, alongside providing exciting and interesting activities which focus on wellbeing. Your team will work closely with many other departments, so you’ll need to be able to build strong, ongoing relationships.
This is a full-time role covering 35 hours per week, some evening and weekend working may be required occasionally.
