As the national charity for blind veterans, our aim is to ensure that no one who has served our country should have to battle sight loss alone. We know there are many vision impaired ex-servicemen and women in the UK who don’t know about the practical help and emotional support Blind Veterans UK can give them and we need someone to help us to reach them.

The No One Alone campaign combines integrated PR, marketing and communications activities to key influencers in beneficiaries’ lives (including relatives and carers) with direct engagement with potential referrer organisations (ranging from blind associations and other charities to healthcare professionals and local authorities) and an advocacy (lobbying and influencing) strand, aimed at political stakeholders. The aim of the campaign is to increase awareness of Blind Veterans UK’s services and to drive applications for our free, lifelong support.
