Are you looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join the individual giving fundraising team on a permanent basis as Marketing Manager – Supporter Acquisition & Engagement.

You will be responsible for the strategy, management and day to day implementation of the direct marketing individual giving fundraising programme with a specific focus on supporter acquisition and engagement. You will take the lead in supporter engagement within the individual giving team and drive the planning and building of supporter journeys, particularly digital journeys.

Salary: £35,379 – £39,309 per year, plus excellent benefits (regional pay applies)

This includes our acquisition, stewardship and supporter journey programme, using the full spectrum of direct marketing channels including print, telemarketing, face-to-face and digital (including multi-stage supporter journeys, emails and social media).

Lots of freedom to shape the programme strategy, dive into exciting tasks like new product and channel development and lead a fabulous team to deliver high quality appeals across a range of channels.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of and enthusiasm for managing multiple direct marketing campaigns simultaneously from concept to delivery. They will have exceptional written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, experience of monitoring income and expenditure budgets, and cost negotiation.

This role will have line management responsibility for the Marketing Coordinator.
