You’ll act as a key point of contact, ensuring the safety of the building, and you’ll be working with all our safety and security systems, including patrols of the property. You’ll also support a range of administrative tasks, including updating the HR information system, handling mail and deliveries and liaising with other departments.

Your customer care skills will be second-to-none and you’ll possess an excellent telephone manner coupled with a self-starting attitude and a proactive focus on problem solving.

You’ll have knowledge of Health & Safety, be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths and have a decent level of IT literacy, especially with Microsoft Office programmes, database systems and intranet.
