An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Organisation Plans Manager to join a fast paced and pivotal team in a well-established and growing charity. You’ll develop our Information Management Plan and support our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring resources are used efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing the charity’s Information Management Plan and within this, act as the charity’s Data Protection Officer.
You’ll develop steps to improve the way in which we store, share, protect and preserve information and introduce new ways of working that ensure that we operate consistently and collaboratively while building a culture of storing and sharing information.
You’ll take the lead in ensuring that managers within the charity have access to the Management Information they need to make informed decisions and this will include a review of our existing Management Information Reporting, working closely with other stakeholders to ensure success.
With a strong background in developing and implementing management plans, this role would be ideal for a confident and experienced manager who has great interpersonal skills, and is focused on outcomes, with a “Can Do” attitude. Reporting into the Head of Strategic Plans, the successful candidate will work closely with the Chief of Staff, the Head of Information Services and all Senior Managers in shaping new practices and management information reporting for the Charity. Good working knowledge of MS Office and Information Systems (MS SharePoint) are also a requirement of the role.
