With our recent and anticipated growth, we will be looking to expand our team. Building Heroes are a charity based in West Sussex with National training locations around the UK providing military service leavers and veterans with construction skills and employment support.
We are seeking a Senior Funding Contracts Coordinator at our head office in Crawley. They will be responsible for the efficient operation of managing the charities funding contracts. The applicant will be an active individual supporting the charity team. They will bring a passion for results, energy, and strong administrative skills.
To be successful in this role the post-holder will have exemplary skills to implement and manage a portfolio of all awarded funding for our national centres and academies. They will work with the funding team to secure applications for funding and reporting on activities to meet the needs of the awarding bodies. They will play a key role in reporting, auditing and ensuring input and output successes are captured. The role will involve building effective strategic relationships with key funders to support and secure future project funding. A military background, or knowledge of the third sector would be desirable.
The post holder will be based at head office in Crawley, West Sussex with some travel to external meetings. Expressions of interest and questions welcomed.
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)
Contract: 20 hours per week spread across Monday to Friday (potential for hours to increase)
