Community Fiji Britain – Executive Project Manager

Communities Fiji Britain (CFB) is a registered charity which exists to look after the welfare needs of Fijians living in the UK. CFB are excited to be recruiting a new Executive Project Manager to head up the day to day running of the charity, oversee the case work and line manage the two dedicated case officers, and report to the Board of Trustees.

You will also be responsible for identifying funding streams, applying for funding and providing the reporting and assurance to grants and foundations.

You will be a good communicator, highly organised with excellent administration skills, and able to work collaboratively with external partners and communities. You will have experience in setting and managing budgets and using Microsoft 365, with an advanced understanding of Excel. An understanding of the military environment and veteran’s welfare provision is desirable.

This is a flexible part time role of 21 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday.  The position is home based with travel to meetings when possible.

21 hours per week :  £23,000 per annum (FTE £38,333)
