Finchale are seeking to appoint a flexible and dynamic Operations Manager. This is a key role in the organisation and the post holder will facilitate and support effective project and people management in our small team. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, able to absorb key information quickly and be able to deliver under pressure in a continually improving environment.

Based in Durham City with the potential for travel around the region the post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the planning, direction and delivery of client facing operations.
This is a newly reformed role and the successful candidate will have an exiting opportunity to make the role entirely their own.
