2023 was an outstanding year for the Forces Employment Charity.
Last year, we increased service delivery across our programmes and supported 22,384 Service leavers, veterans, reservists and spouses.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without the fantastic support of our many partners who share our desire to support individuals from the military community find civilian employment and reach their full potential.
We are honoured to deliver this essential employment assistance to ensure that our vision, a UK where all who have served and their families lead fulfilling working lives, becomes a reality.
This year our Impact Report is a little different and includes interviews with our clients, from across programmes, to tell you how the work we have delivered in 2023 has impacted their own lives and why the support we offer the military community is now more critical then ever.
